When it's as good as it gets
Lunch with a dear friend at a place I’ve always wanted to visit: as iconic as it’s always seemed (and the food was great, too!)
The attire varied widely and in that way it felt like New York: I felt very at ease in my outfit: white jeans (love these from Frame), a fabulous lightweight La Ligne sweater (with a tee underneath—LA felt chilly after New York’s over-100 degree temps!), my signature Bermuda bag, my new Margaux sandals, and, of course, my favorite watch. Simple, timeless, and comfortable, and it felt very LA, particularly with the raw hem on the jeans and the sandals!
